Stillness, where there are no questions - only the knowing !

One of my fave things to do is to be in solitude with my own silence and stillness within and listen to the knowing within that flows out of my highest - my true ESSENCE. There is no separation ! In such space of being and feeling we create goodness!

Silence is your bestie! It gains its strength as it gathers momentum to brakes down the illusion of separation when it gently strikes with loving embrace of harbored wisdom within. You are the carrier . You are the wisdom !

I have been asked what is integrity to me? The answer is “The undeniable reflection of my own true essence ! “

And this couldn't be more true! This leads me to the following: when you are NOT living in your integrity to self you are denying no one else but yourself of your own true essence.

In your integrity to your highest expression of Self - you are choosing higher truth ! You are choosing highest you ! Much goodness comes from that choice for you and for all !

So Be still more often , be more heart at all times !
