Light of Essence (formerly known as “Rejuvelate”) originated in 2011 as a holistic body care and over the years has evolved and transformed, and has become the legacy of my adventure into true light.

I have had several life changing shifts in my life, and in 2015 I have experienced a profound spiritual and personal transformation, which completely changed and redirected the course of my life. I practiced and taught energy healing and ascension mechanics for over 12 years and was a spiritual teacher and counsel. I am the author of “ I AM Messages to Humanity. Return to Essence” and currently I am not practicing or teaching energy healing, but I continue to write, inspire and counsel, along with creating original spiritual wall art pieces. My commitment to higher heart, higher truth/wisdom and higher love translates into all that I create.

We are sharing amazing purpose of how to rediscover our own true light and live out of pure heart & thought & unconditional love. The path to goodness lies directly through the highways of your own heart.
